About Esther Katiba
This award is for women leaders who are pioneers and leaders in their respective entrepreneurial and professional endeavors with a distinctive voice and vision that is inspiring and innovating a new narrative of leadership in all walks of life. It is for those whose expertise and spirit can inspire and inform the next wave of a more awakened and empowered leadership.
Esther also brought home in December 2023 one of the most coveted HR Awards in the HR Profession - The HR Trendsetter of the year - for her impactful training and empowerment programs that have transformed the workplace, local & international communities as well as the family units.
Her unique approach in equipping communities and offering free wellness programs has left an indelible mark on many individuals and organizations. Additionally, in December 2023 she brought home a Gold Award for championing SDG 8 in the community, an award given by Global Sustainable Forum Network (GSFN).
